Not the best house we ever stayed at but definbitely OK and it has a spectacular view on Saint Tropez (about 5 miles away) - bring your binoculars. Electricity is a bit of an issue: the circuit collapsed and you do not have access to the main switch which is in the garage - so we had to call an emergency number and that took a while, we were helped luckily. It was not very clean when we arrived. If you have a big car you'll have some issues parking on the terrain; my car barely fitted through
