A luxury villa with one of the most beautiful views over the Mediterranean Sea and the bay of St Tropez. On a hill, five minutes from the village center of Les Issambres with its many restaurants and beautiful sandy beaches. The terrace gives you direct access to the spacious swimming pool which is heated (10 x 4.5 m). and there are plenty of sunbeds and towels for free use. This villa is suitable for 13 people.

There is also a modern kitchen with cooking island, and is equipped with all kinds of appliances including two dishwashers, an electric cooking area with extractor and a separate oven, microwave, espresso coffee maker, and two American refrigerators. Spacious utility room with washing machine and dryer. As an extension of the kitchen there is a separate TV room with Dutch German English channels, and again with a beautiful view over the sea.

The villa has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, Bedroom 1, the Master Bedroom has a double bed (200x200) and en-suite bathroom (bath, shower and toilet) with air conditioning. Bedroom 2 and 3 also have double beds (200x200) and a separate bathroom (Shower), also equipped with air conditioning and all with a beautiful sea view.

On the ground floor are the other 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with spacious double beds. One of the bedrooms has an extra singlebed. All three bedrooms have French doors to the lower terrace, the sea view is also present. Between the bedrooms is a spacious recreation room with an American pool table and a table tennis table. And what we should not forget is the pink room at the very top of the villa with a double bed and the most beautiful view from the balcony. This unique villa simply has everything!

This luxury villa is located on a hill in Les Issambres and is located directly on the Côte d'Azur inbetween Ste. Maxime and Frejus. From the airport in Nice and from Cannes it is normally an hour by car to the Villa and St. Tropez is a 40 minute drive (in summer also directly accessible by boat from the port of Les Issambres. And in Fréjus you are within half an hour.Les Issambres and Sainte Maxime are known for their vast beautiful sandy beaches. Also good food in the brasserie! In Cap Mail you have a beautiful view of the sea while eating fresh fish dishes.
