The apartment is spacious and the location is very good. Views are very good and would be even better if overgrown bushes were cut. Unfortunately the interior is worn and would really need some refurbishing. Kitchen utensils are poor. Beds are more like camping beds, not meant for long stays. The apartment is very noisy at night due to old plumbing, whining ventilation and loosely-fitted windows.
